Interne HD wird nicht erkannt

Hallo an alle,
hab XP auf anhieb und problemlos auf eine externe HD installieren können. Es erkennt auch alle angeschlossenen LW wie DVD-Laufwerk und DVD-Brenner. Nur die eingebaute SATA-HD wird nicht erkannt. Hab ich was falsch gemacht oder ist das eben so?

Hello Geraldr
i have the same issue where i installed windows xpsp2 on an ide
pata
drive
then did the usboot phase-I,II and III
copied manually, with an other xp installed on d:, the source on c: to ide usb
then started my new asus laptop with the usboot external drive
but could not see the internal sata disk/partitions
i installed the chipset from my new asus laptop into the usboot windows xp
started the device manager/start/run/devmgmt.msc
choose an unknown device and choose reinstall
make sure you have the original driver CD ready and zip/rar files unpacked
or check the website from the pc brand you use for the latest drivers

hab XP auf anhieb und problemlos auf eine externe HD installieren können. Es erkennt auch alle angeschlossenen LW wie DVD-Laufwerk und DVD-Brenner. Nur die eingebaute SATA-HD wird nicht erkannt. Hab ich was falsch gemacht oder ist das eben so?
