hello
this is not a problem but just noticed that we sometimes have to use 'space'
and then 's' to skip a setting in the usboot phase I, II and III.
is there a reason other then to keep us alert of our choices that we need to
make?

's' is the shortcut to skip a phase
'space' is the shortcut for the default choice of the phase
'a' is the shortcut for the alternate/advanced choice of the phase
'!' is the shortcut for a choice that should be used only by experts who are aware of its potential implications.
If the default choice is to skip a step then it will be displayed with 'space' in the menu. However 's' will also work as expected being an alias of 'space' in this case.
