How to begin phase one?

Hello
Text from ReadMe.txt: "Then step into the folder 'USBoot', open a console window by double clicking 'cmd_here.cmd' and start phase one of the preparation with 'USBoot phase-I'"
Question: HOW to start phase one?
I see prompt c:\USBoot in the console window and don't know what have I do.
Use 'space'? I tried. Nothing happened.
Thnk you in advance for clarification.

Answer: simply type:
USBoot phase-I

this stands for:
C:\>USBot.cmd phase-I.isc

meaning to the OS command interpreter: "dude, please mf esecute the da`m USBoot.cmd command file with the fly`in f.. of phase-I.isc as parameter".

I hope u got it at the C:\> ...
