BASELINE error

when phase-iii starts copying files i get a error "cannot copy baseline disk is either full or write protected" its copying the files off my hard drive which isnt full or write protected (i checked)
someone please help!!!

Did you try to reformat of the USB device?
Are you sure that there are no gung-ho malware protection modules?
Did you try to copy some files from the source drive to the target drive using the Windows File-Explorer?
Die the error message read exactly "cannot copy baseline disk is either full or write protected" with no other information like an error code etc.? Was it shown as a popup box or just printed out in the console window?
