Phase III problem: can't copy NTUSER

C is system hdd, Used: 15,6 GB Free: 6,49 GB
USB is JETFLASH V30 8GB, NTFS
after starting a Phase III in USBoot window is written:
Processing step XVI: *
Transfer of installation to target system volume
Copying installation from C: to E:
Selected source drive is system drive -> Creating shadow of source drive
dialgo box named: Copying... appears
and after a couple of minutes the process stops, the Dialog box Copying...
has text: NTUSER.DAT
From "USER" to "USER"
and another Dialog box titled: "Error copying file or folder" appears with the message:
Cannot copy NTUSER: Access is deneid
Make sure the disk si not full or write - protected and that the file is not currently in use.
after I click OK which is the only posibbility, the USBoot window says:
Selected source drive is system drive -> Cleaning up shadow of source drive
Copying of intallation aborted

I think mabey because 15.6 GB wont fit 8GB stick and you need to have less used space from source than free space on target.
I cant sya for sure but I think thats the way it works. search the forum, I have seen this discussed here somewhere.
Im sure the Admin will have correct answer for you soon. he is top notch.
make sure the target drive is the USB also.

Target drive is USB jetflash 8gb, marked as E:
