My first installation, through VMWARE, was ok!
Great and thank you for nice utility!
New XP installation start and work nicely from USB drive. My only problem is that I can't shutdown. During shoutdow phase, it keeps freezing.
Any hints?

UPDATE: I read some posts about pagefile. I disabled pagefile, but shutdown still doesn't work.

I guess you simply deactivated the pagefile in the system settings of Windows?
If so try to apply the follwing change to the registry:
Set the value "Flags" in "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ubdrvgd\Parameters" to "0x0800200E"
