it doesnt boot

First i started the command usboot phase-I second usboot phase-II and finally phase-III and let it copy to usb flash. I see the full windows copy in my usb flash memory. My mainboard supports usb boot and i configured it usb boot. At the start i see the usb flash memorys lights on and it tries to boot from usb. It starts Intel boot agent. 20 second later It says Intell boot agent exit. And it doesnt start. Did i miss any step ?

If the Windows boot menu with the extra USBoot entries did not show up it is very likely that there is some quirk in the BIOS / MBR / bootsector area that is not directly connected to USBoot.
